The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to promote lifelong learning amongst eligible Service personnel who wish to enhance their educational or vocational achievements at Level 3 or above.  The ELC scheme provides financial support in the form of a single up-front payment in each of a maximum of three separate financial years. 

You can utilize your ELCs to subsidise the costs of any of our courses.
