Since achieving the Master CIW designer certification, I have now changed careers and am working as part of a Web production department looking after 15 websites. I have recently passed the CIW server administrator and I am now studying the CIW languages, hoping to gain the Master CIW Web Site Manager Certification. Mr. Rob Carson

As a MCIW Website Designer I have acquired all the skills I need including HTML scripting and CSS. The JavaScript Fundamentals Track has given me the skills to incorporate necessary JavaScript into my web pages that gives me that edge as a professional web designer. Professionals in this field are impressed when they know I am CIW Certified and have learned in accordance to W3C Guidelines and can hand code myself instead of depending on software to do it for me. The skills I acquired from the CIW courses combined with my own graphic design skills have led me to become a powerful web designer who hand codes with skill and confidence and understands all aspects of the Internet and Web Design. I accomplished all this in a short space of time thanks to MCIW at One-Tech. Miss Julia Konstantinou

"I have done various work in the IT industry from internet support to Y2K testing, but have suffered from the lack of professional qualifications, my A levels and diploma are after all a bit out of date now. After being out of work for sometime due to personal reasons, and then trying to get back into the industry, I soon realised that my lack of a modern qualification was hindering me. So I decided to undertake an A+ course in computer Hardware and Software Engineering from One-Tech. They are a very friendly company to train with and very helpful. Since I got my qualification (2 weeks ago) I have already had 2 interviews, I have one tomorrow, and have at least another 4 in the pipeline. In both the interviews I have had, both interviewers have remarked on the qualification, each seem interested in what it entailed and were quite impressed. So I hope to be employed very soon, and can then put my new knowledge to the test. Thanks to the One-Tech team for all the support they gave me during the course." Mr. Kevan Baily

"Why did you choose to do this course? The MCSE is too much focussed on software whereas the MCSA is a more generalised course and gives a better understanding of both software and hardware What was your favourite aspect of the course? Very hands on, both software and hardware. The thing that made the course so special was the extra bits the instructors added that came from knowledge of the subjects and were not found in text books How do you intend to build upon your new found skills? The skills i have learnt from this course has given me an advantage over other people by giving me a broader skill set to work with and whatever subject in IT i decide to specialise in later I will have a solid foundation to begin with."
